Latino cooling tower maintenance project

 Latino received an urgent cooling tower maintenance project in the middle of April. Through the phone communication, we knew that this customer want to replace the cooling tower fills.

Firstly, in order to know more details about the cooling tower working environment and help our customer improve the cooling effect, Latino sent our engineer for the site survey for the cooling towers. The cooling tower PVC fill were plugged with willow catkins, the waste plastic products, etc. So the cooling effect can not achieve the designed data. And the basin is full of dust when the cooling tower were turned off.

After we finished this survey, we issued our maintenance service plan to our customer. Through our mutual effort, Latino finally got this cooling tower maintenance. But the appointed time limitation for this cooling tower replacement is before April. This is very urgently for Latino, since we need to produce the cooling tower fill firstly, glue them into cooling tower fill blocks, then delivery the cooling tower fill blocks to the site. In order to save time, we speed up our producing schedule.

The cooling tower maintenance service including the following process:

1.We sent our maintenance to the factory and prepare for the cooling tower maintenance work. The professional safety training was performed by the safety specialist of our customer before entering project site, including the requirement of Labor’s PPE, safety protection and risk source of site conditions.

When the safety training, our cooling tower fill blocks were finished production and arranged the shipment to the site.

2. Our maintence team started the disassembling scrapped fill block.

3. Cleanned the cooling tower basin.

In the meantime, the new produced cooling tower fill block arrived at the site.

4. Installed the cooling tower fill.

Finally this cooling tower maintenance project were finished before the time limination by our team's hard working within 2 days.
